**** Adverti*****t Regarding Mr Price

Good Day

I am Thabisa Mnyaka residing in Mdantsane.. In East London. I Want to report a **** Adverti*****t regarding Mr Price in Hemmingways on their special.. On the 26th Of November Went to Hemmingways Mr Price... They had a black Friday Special... I saw a A03s Samsung on a marked down from R2499. 99 to R1999. 99... I asked a sales lady there to assist me with how long the Promotion will last... As I will come & buy the Phone.. The sales lady said... All those phones that are on marked down... Till the 5th of December...

On the 2nd of December went to Mr Price Hemmingways with All the Documents needed when buying A phone... With the R2000 on hand.. On my arrival.. They have removed the A03s Samsung only.... All the other phones are still there.. Still on a marked down special price..

I asked a sales lady to assist me... To explain to me whats going on... As the phone is no longer on special... Sales lady said.. There was error... Or a mistake done by the Manager in phones department.... They were sent the Pricelist... Bt Later that day I visited on the 26th.. The A03s Samsung was removed.... They were advised to remove it From the Marked down.. They were told from their workgroup to remove it...

I further asked her to put me through their Manager called Dumza... Who left.. Was called several times... He left purposefully know wanting to attend to the matter..Their Manager Dumza ignored me intentionally... I waited more that 30 mins... Before they called Craig..

I further asked them to Atleast Call the Manager who sent them the Pricelist of the phones to be on markdown... And who also said on their group it was a mistake... They have made a mistake... They must remove it..

The Assistant came also saying the very same thing that.. They were told to remove the special price... What is confusing Here only the A03s is removed... She called their manager Craig.. To assist in this matter... Their Manager Craig also admits that the phone was on markdown... Was later removed... Because was not forming part of that markdown... He further asked If I Had Proof to show that... I saw the Phone on Special when I was there on the 26th...

Thats where I got confused... Am I supposed to take a picture... When I went to their shop to buy and had seen something on Special r markdown.. So now Craig published **** adverti*****t regarding that A03s Samsung.. Now I as the customer I should suffer the consequences of not being able to buy a phone because I do not have proof... What is Proof Craig??

So Craig... Wants Proof.. That I went to their shop...Knowing that the Pricelist was Published... Only one phone they later removed...He is their Manager.. He is the one who sent them the memorandum... Those ladies were afraid to give them their names off which I don't understand because they did not do anything wrong.. They were given A lead by the Manager to put on phones that are on a markdown.

**** Adverti*****t is the worst thing Ever... Providing proof that one is so confusing... What is Proof.. The only Proof I have is.. Their Cameras...

Their Manager Craig at Mr Price Mobile responsible for Hemmingways Shop published **** Adverti*****ts and now want Proof from Me as a customer..

Till This last Sunday all those phones were still there except the A03s Samsung...
