Failure to keep clients safe in the store

On the 25th of May my family and I visited Maponya mall as my lady wanted a few things at Mr Price, while I was waiting for her to finish with her shopping i had to visit other store left her with our 5 year old daughter. As I was busy with my shopping I got a call from my lady informing me that her purse was ****** from her bag. We went to complain to the management as we where complaining another lady came with the same complain instead of being helped we where told we are not the first to be ****** and they can not Be held responsible for our loss. Well knowing that Mr Price is one of the biggest retailers in South Africa on Monday 27 I called the head office and was told i must expect the call from the regional manager in 48Hrs but unfortunately even today I got no call nothing. According to my reading an drew understanding Mr Price,s Core focus is value but it sesms like they don't value their client. The only store with no cameras for our safety their only concern when they step search us just to make sure we didn't ***** . I dont think they understand the frustration of losing your belongings in a store thinking u are safe. 80% of Mr Price client is youth and almost 75% of that youth is unemployed I'm asking for Mtn Price to sort us out as their clients.
