Failure to issue paid up letter and to update credit Bureaus

It has been a real nightmare dealing with MR Price,

I took up a contract for R99, after a few month of correct debit orders, + R900 was being debited from my account, I stopped and disputed the debit orders and without correspondence after a few months my account was handed over to debt collectors, OK cool i settled my account and I have since been calling daily requesting for the default to be removed and a paid up letter to be issued till this day i have not been helped, I URGENLTY NEED A PAID UP LETTER
