Failure to communicate and deliver goods on time

To say i’m disappointed and appalled by the level of incompetence by Mr price would be an understatement! I ordered a couple of items on their app, paid and received an email as confirmation. I then received an sms from them telling me that my things will be delivered on the 22nd, it’s the 28th and no one is saying anything. Instead i’m the one that’s running after them trying to find out about where my order is an when i’ll be getting it. This is honestly **** service, i paid for these things, i don’t understand why they don’t at least have the decency to tell me what’s going on. I’m a very understanding person, but if there’s one thing i hate, is being made a fool of and that’s exactly what Mr price is doing . I ordered these things ahead of time knowing that by the time I needed them they’d be here, turns out I fooled myself. Their service leaves much to be desired.
