failure to apply what was agreed apon

Hi. I would like to know why there was no debit order taken off my bank account for the month of October. When I opened my account we made a agreement for a debit order to be placed on my banking account. I have just checked my Mr Price account and have noticed that I am in arrears. I have not even had this account for 2 months and already there is a issue. Seriously if this is not sorted out by close of business on Monday 09-11-2015 I will pay this account up and close my account. I do not have time for incompintance.
