Failing to take responsibility.

On Sunday, 17January my sister's purse and cellphone were ****** inside the shop and after reporting the unfortunate incident nothing was done about it. They said they are sorry and they don't even have security cameras, no the staff didn't even bother taking a statement. This is poor and Mr Price is responsible for all this sh*t. I want concrete steps to be taken and enough with the nonsense that they are sorry. Now my sister doesn't have money, bank cards and ID book witch were all in the purse.
