Failing to respond to my communication on Social Media in regards to my order

Mr Price decided to update their app and I had already made an order, the order was then cancelled from their side with no communication to me prior, they communicated with me after via email, payment has already been made. I'm trying to get a refund from them but they are failing to respond to my Dms or messages on Social Media
