Failing cancellating

The worst retail shop i even regret having an account with. I had a funeral benefit that i wanted to cancel and i did exactly as I was told to do. I went to the Rustenburg Midtown Mall Branch and filled in a cancellation form in September 2021 but now December i was still being charged for it. Went back again and filled in another form come January its still there. I was told i will be refunded for those months they have been delaying, to this day I havent received the refund. Theres no customer support whatsoever. i eventually called in and spoke to a consultant after being transferred from one call to another but after explaining to her how i would like to be assisted, she just hung up. I wouldnt advise anyone to have an account with Mr Price Group at all.
