Failer to adhere to RICA and customer service

We bought a cellphone (Nokia 2.1) at Mr Price store in Dihlabeng Mall after 3 months we exprience the factory faulty and send it back for either repair or replaced . On friday ( 1 November 2019) we went to collect it,we were surprised to find that they gave us a wrong phone with wrong IMEI numbers from to original one we send and it was also having more faulties than the one we send. My request to Mr Price is to give us our original phone fixed or replaced it according to the law by give it on the right packaging.
