Failed to give feedback

I did an account application which was provisionally approved, I submitted my document 2 weeks back but no feedback or anything. I called today to check up they said my ID number is not picking up when when I rep**** back to this guy he hung up on me, so I called again the Lady said they tried calling but I kept silent I did not talk,,, LIES Lies Lies, Lies why will I not talk I was expecting a call from them for a very long time but they never call.... MR PRICE IS A Failure.
