Failed to deliver order / no correspondence

I placed an order via the MrPrice app for delivery to my home. I received a email saying that the order would be delivered on the 19th of February 2025, nothing was delivered, no notification from MrPrice or the delivery company, M24 Logistics. When I looked at the waybill online, according to M24 Logistics, the address was incorrect. I checked my address on the MrPrice app which confirmed that I did in fact use the correct address. As usual with these companies, they want to play the blame game. Either MRPrice or M24 Logistics entered the incorrect address and when they failed to deliver my order they do not even bother to notify me and delay my order indefinitely.
