Failed order

I am so annoyed with Mr Price, I bough a jersey online on the 20/05/20 till date I have not received my order. I contacted their contact center on the 24/06/20. I was requested to send proof of payment as I had paid via EFT proof of payment was sent on the 25th. I had to call again on the 03/07/20 to follow up as I had not received any feedback. I was told by another agent that she could see my proof of payment and that I was supposed to receive feedback 2 days after the initial request. I still have not received feedback from any one. this is BAD BAD BAD service !!!
