Failed delivery....again

<p>Mr Price has managed to yet again not deliver my order within 1-3 days. This is the second delivery in a row. The irony is that after I complained last month about the late delivery, they sent me a voucher to make ammends- which I used for my latest order. It is now day 3 and your useless help desk has just informed me that delivery will only happen next week. Despite charging me R45 each time for 3 day delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>You guys are pathetic- the person dealing with my query takes ages to respond and he hasnt even so much as apologized for the delay.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unacceptable!!!! You guys shouldnt offer an online service if you are not able to forfill what you have offered.</p>
