F R A U D ULENT PURCHASES UNRESOLVED (Mr Price)

My Mr Price account was at a zero balance but according to my May 2023 statement, my balance was suddenly R8227,52. F R A U D ULENT purchases were made on my account on 26 April 2023. I reported it to MrP customer services who said the purchases were made in Krugersdorp yet I reside in Durban. My card was with me at the time those purchases were made and still is with me. Customer services advised me to report it to inquiries. I provided an affidavit stating that I did not make those purchases, pics of the card to prove that it is in my possession, work attendance register for 26 April 2023 to prove that I was in Durban and a few other things. They said an investigation would take up to 30 days. I gave them 30 days to do their investigation. I started to ask for feedback but they never responded. I eventually emailed customer services. Credit services responded saying that the support rep indicated the matter has been resolved. I stopped receiving statements so I went to MrP Home in Gateway on 9 Aug 2023 to check my balance. They confirmed that my balance is still over R8000. Nothing has been resolved. This is my worst retail experience. I need this matter to come to a close and for my account to be brought back to a zero balance.
