Extremely upset and dissapointed
i am very upset with your service. i ordered few items online and paid extra for it to be delivered quicker now i am told it will not be delivered as promised, I demand a refund and i was told that i will receive it only in 5-7 working days this is totally unacceptable no one is making an effort to the assist me and taking the fact that i am livid seriously, i will complain and complain till someone do something. your service and staff are disgusting. i paid for my stuff and this is the service i get?????????

09 Dec 2019, 09:14So its Monday now still now order. with someone from Mrp attempting to resolve my issues it was pointless left me more frustrated. when checking on my order estimated delivery date is showing 10th while i was told on Friday it will be delivered today. I cant get hold of any managers but i will definitely not leave it here. I want my money that i paid for express delivery immediately this is disgusting to say the least. I am telling everyone about my bad experience and will make sure that people dont ever buy from you
