Extremely upset and disgusted with Mr. Price

I am utterly disgusted by the service and process that this company has offers. I tried doing an online payment on the28/1/2018, once it was done I received an email to say my payment was received and that it gave me a reference. I was unable to go to the store as my baby was unwell. my baby was admitted into hospital for 5 days and when I got back to work I got a call to say that my payment was not made for that month. when I spoke to them and explained the situation all the could say was that I need to pay my account to make it up to date, and it was the start of the month but they insisted that my installment for the end of February was due at the start of February also because of my missed installment, I explained to them that it wasn't only about the payment it was also that my credit rating was affected and that they barred my account with them. they refused to understand that this has affected me negatively all they wanted was the payment. I even got a message to say that my account will be sent for tracing as I missed my last promise to pay my account, mind you February is not even over as yet but according to them I missed that payment, I then went to the store yesterday and paid the full January and February installment only to see that my credit limit was reduced by R1500.

I even sent them the note to show that my daughter was hospitalized for 5 days , they refuse to understand . I am soo updet and disgusted. I DOUBT I WILL EVEN GET A REPLY FROM THEM
