EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
Spoke to Mlu on 07/09/2020 at about 14:09 to 14:20 He asked me my ID number , name and surname of which I gave it to him. He then asked my cell number in which i could not provide as i have a new number. When i asked if there was any other questions he he could ask me he advised no. He said "Anyone can have your ID number"
I then advised that I spoke to some1 before. He said that he can see on your system I spoke to some1 in July. He then stated that my credit was taken away because I could not confirm my cell number? Huh? What bull**** story is that? The tone in his voice changed to dramatically while I, who is the client remained calm. He then got extremely agitated and advised me to drop the line and call back when I find my old cell number. He even said "Bye". Wow...just wow.
His customer service ettiquete is appealing. He was extremely annoyed and quite rude. When I asked his surname, he purposefully ignored me.
Please listen to call and get back to ASAP!

Why should I be the one to 'pop' you an email? Why are you so relaxed about this? You have all my details, including my email address. You can email me with which ever feedback you have. But you seem unbothered that your agents has no call centre etiquette or the fact that he had zero patience and even wanted to drop the phone in my ear!
Also, I took off early on Tuesday to go to Whyberg store to change my cell number. Please confirm of this was done and get back to me ASAP.
