Extremely unhappy with Mr price online shopping

I ordered clothes online on the 2nd of November and the due date for delivery was the 10th..on the 10th my order was not yet delivered so I called Mr price customer line and the service was do bad and unprofessional,I was told my order will be delivered Monday which was the 13th ...today Is the 17th and still nothing...but my account was debited on the 10th of November for an order that they failed to deliver even after I complained ...I'm honestly not happy with their service 🙄
