extremely unhappy customer

Hi , I was on hold at the Mr Price store with the head office accounts department for an hour and a half. I should've contacted HELLOPETER who would've helped me sooner. I've been trying to cancel my policy and was told to wait on hold for 1 HOUR by the lady on the phone. Terrible customer service on their end and this will be going on the Mr price reviews. Im in the store and everyone agrees this is unacceptable and not how you handle account policy cancelations. This is the worst experience I've had. If i do not get a call back from the accounts department within this week i will take further action.
