Extremely terrible customer service

Mr Price in Pretoria (Cnr Church & Andries) has extremely bad customer service. From not being assisted on floor to opening 2 of 6 POS functions in a very packed store is unacceptable. It has 2 floors, the underground floor is never used and I don’t understand why wherelse we could be queuing the entire day and not be helped or getting bad attitude from the sales assistants. Can there be a reshuffle for this specific store as they have attitude and not willing to assist at any given point. I go there At least twice a week and trust me, nothing changes. Can this please be attended to as I am a customer and know what it is like to work in retail. I could’ve been a mystery shopper and trust me the store manager would’ve lost her work.
