Extremely rude head office consultant
Dealt with telephonic consultant regarding locating my order they were very disrespectful.
I did not like the manner in which he spoke to me and even dropped the phone in my ear.
The tone and manner in which he spoke- extremely disrespectful - even dropping the phone while I was speaking. TERRIBLE. Needs more training on how to deal with customers.
