Extremely poor service

I bought my son school shoes at MRP Tembisa, they didn't fit I went back to exchanges they didn't have th size, I did not have the receipt and I gave them the reference number from my bank forge purchase, the refused to assist me.

I a utterly disappointed at their services,please put people who are competent and know what they need to dot your stores. Now I cant get my son new shoes because of the cashier's arrogance.
