Extremely Poor service

I had life insurance with Mr price that i paid via my Mr price account, i had requested that they cancel it on the 19th of November 2021 as i had seen that i no longer needed it, i was told that it will be canceled in 31 days but it was not my account was always in areas even when i did not buy anything from the store and i was unaware that they did not cancel the life insurance but i kept on paying up until i went to the store on the 11th March 2022 to enquire why my account was always in areas. I was told that i had life insurance, i told them i requested it to be canceled in November 2021 already and they then requested a cancelation and i am told to wait and additional 31 days again before it can be canceled i would like to have all the money i paid after the 19th of November 2021 for the policy refunded back to me and have the account canceled because what they are doing is ******** and it is very poor customer service, the policy number is (DF***F) I am extremely disappointed with their service.
