Extremely poor quality
On the 13/09/2018 I bought a pair of block heels at MrPrice Northgate. I wore the shoes on the 15/09/2018 to an unveiling ceremony, only to have the shoes torn on the 1st day that I wore them. I am terribly disappointed with the quality of these shoes and want either a refund or a new pair of these shoes. I have bought shoes at other shops and never have I in my experience had a shoe tear in just a single wear.

The purchase was R199.99 for Black Suede Block Heels, the purchase was made just before 5:00pm
