EXTREMELY poor customer service,ALL THE TIME

on Friday morning at 9am i went to Mr Price Tokai and spend about 1 & 1/2 hours in the shop. I needed clothing like jeans/tops etc. I had about 9 items & most of them were marked down to about 50% off.<br> I took that break because of load shedding so my time was already limited. When i went back on Friday afternoon at 4 after asking Jenny the morning to keep my basket because i don't have time to stand in a queue she guaranteed its not a problem. <br> WELL my basket was packed out because Giselle said they asked everybody who's basked it is and nobody could take responsibility. Being my birthday Monday the 15th june & i knew what clothing i need. I could not get any of my items & was annoyed. Nobody CARED OR EVEN HELPED. It took me 1/2 hour to look for my goods but no luck. Jenny, the staff on the jean department & the big Lady clothing (Donna Claire) were having a personal meeting laughing etc. Even using the ladder as a seat to sit and chat. SUCH bad customer service!!! I cant understand how people take a job on but don't have a passion for it. The \I don't care attitude". The big Guy not sure if he is the manager just modelling up and down. I miss the old Mr Price & old staff"""
