Extremely poor customer experience at Mr price (Daveyton Mall)

Mr price at Daveyton Mall has very poor customer service. They can't even assist customers. I had to take a step ladder to help myself in order to reach what I was looking for at the top, but the lady notice me when I was about to climb the step ladder and your response after seeing me when I was about to climb the step ladder she was like put the step ladder back where you find it meanwhile she couldn't help me when I needed her assistant. They can't even greet customers they busy with they own stories duty while on duty.
