Extremely Frustrated with Mr Price’s *********** Billing System

I am extremely disappointed with Mr Price. Despite making my payment on 2 July 2025 and even going the extra mile to email the proof of payment, I continue to be harassed with endless calls and text messages demanding payment.

This is not only frustrating—it’s unacceptable. One has to wonder: Do your systems even update properly? Why should a paying customer be treated like a defaulter simply because your backend isn’t working?

I expect better from a brand as big as Mr Price. Please fix your systems and stop disturbing customers who have fulfilled their obligations. And be spoiling my name with the trans union
