Extremely Disappointed with Mr Price Service

I am extremely disappointed with the poor level of service I have received from Mr Price. Despite making a payment a few days ago, the amount has not been linked to my account, and I am receiving messages demanding payment has already been submitted.

In addition to this, I have submitted emails requesting the cancelation of insurance policies linked to my account. These emails have been completely ignored. The lack of response and accountability is unacceptable from a company of this size.

Customer service should be priority, yet Mr Price has proven to be helpful, unresponsive and negligent in resolving even basic account issues. If these matters are not addressed immediately, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the issue further and consider closing my account altogether

I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Mr Price to improve their customer support and communication.
