Extremely Disappointed with Mr Price Online Shopping Experience

I placed an online order with Mr Price three days ago and still haven’t received any order confirmation email — no order number, no tracking details, nothing. I even checked out as a guest, which clearly made things worse.

I emailed customer support asking for help, and them telling me that my order hasn’t even been shipped yet — not even handed over to the courier!

How is it possible for such a well-known local brand to be this slow and unorganized with online orders? It’s not like it’s an international shipment that needs to clear customs. This level of delay is honestly unacceptable in 2025.

Mr Price seriously needs to improve their shipping efficiency. I will think twice before shopping online with them again
