Extremely Disappointed – No Communication, No Accountability

I am beyond disappointed with this courier company. I ordered shoes from Mr Price on Friday, with a promised delivery date of Monday before 5PM. By 6PM, there was still no delivery, so I checked the tracking status — only to find an alarming update: “parcel hijacked.”

What’s even more frustrating is that there was no communication from the courier company or Mr Price. No apology, no follow-up, no reassurance — nothing. I had to find out myself through the tracking link, and even now, I am still in the dark.

This is completely unacceptable. When issues like this arise, the least a customer deserves is clear communication, transparency, and some form of resolution. Instead, I’ve been met with silence.

I expected better. A serious review of your customer care and tracking response is urgently needed.
