Extremely disappointed...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction & disappointment with two recent online orders I placed on Mr price website. Unfortunately, both orders on separate occasions arrived with damaged clothing items, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I than proceeded to reach out and give them my information to solve it as I was not prepared to drive again because what's the point of ordering online then? They advised for me to give my address in order for them to collect just to get another email advising that they are sorry I need to take the parcel in to store.

Quality control is really bad and I'm extremely disappointed

Now how Is Mr price going to be remunerating me for my time, effort and fuel???
