EXPRESS DELIVERY BUT STILL WAITING!!!

I purchased online on Friday and chose the express option as i need the item by today(Thursday). on Monday i received a notification that my order was shipped. according to your policy express takes 1-3 days from the day you placed your order which means i should have gotten my order yesterday. i called the contact centre the lady i spoke to advised she will escalate to the courier and she will provide feedback. Unfortunately that is unacceptable. i want goods today you not shipping from overseas i don't see why this is taking so long why am i paying for something that im not getting. please don't come with your we apologise for inconvenience nonsense and automated replies. i want this matter resolved today, i want to collect my order today at the shop i am leaving tonight and need the item. order #***
