Express delivery at Mr Price is the new over-priced standard delivery!!!

My order ( ********** 77417) was approved on 29/05/2018 & handed over to the couriers the same day, I paid for the express delivery which is 1-3 days & the tracker seems to be not aware of the express options as my delivery is expected to arrive on 05/06/2018!!!

I’m way too disappointed I wasted my R 2 950, as I won’t receive my delivery due to the fact I am relocating to another province.

I wish I trusted my instincts & shopped at Spree & Fashion World, as they had never gave me this kind of a problem. Their standard shipping always was 1-3 days it’s not even an express, and never promised to deliver on those exact days on their online stores!

The Mr Price call centre do not even care about the fact you paid for an express delivery & not for a standard delivery ( where it’s acceptable for the tracker to give you an estimated date). It sounds like they are saying, it was your stupid choice to believe us that we offer an express delivery, we only take your delivery money & give you a standard delivery for it!!!
