Exploitation poor poor service and ****y service

<p>I called mr price mobile on the 25th of June to close my account i was promised to be contacted back within 2-3 working days, a lady phoned me on that Wednesday 29 june to check if she can send the link to activate the email address. I told her I don't want the ****** tablet any more and she asked me to hold. I stayed on the line for 20 minutes and she dropped the call. On the 1 st of July another lady phoned to say they are still investigating after i had posted my concerns on hello peter and advised that they'll call back. The lady phoned tiday to advise that they had listened to the call and I should have advised her that I needed the phone to be collected after i told her initially when I called the first time. I phoned within 4 days to request that they collect the toy byt they did not listen niw she says i had to return it within 7 days. what kind of **** is that. I even advised their agent to collect the phone and the 3rd agent so I don't understand how I should have said it any clearer. I requested to speak to a supervisor or a manager and guess what there's no senior manager at the floor at that point. Neliswa dumped my call to a so called manager and dropped the line AGAIN. </p> <p>I NEED THE PHONE TO BE COLLECTED ASAP AND NO ONE WILL CHARGE ME FOR OPENING THE BOX AS SHE CALLS IT. I HAD TO OPEN THE BOX TO SEE THE PROBLEM. I CALLED IN TIME TO REQUEST THE STUPID PHONE TO BE COLLECTED AND YOU TOOK YOUR TIME TO CALL BACK SO THAT THE GRACE PERIOD ELAPSE. I WILL TAKE THIS TO SNALL CLAIMS COURT IF I HAVE TO WHAT DO YOU TAKE ME FOR? AFTER THIS INCIDENT IAM GOING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT BCZ YOU TAKE YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED. THIS IS BULL ****. MR PRICE IS EXPLOITING PEOPLE. </p>
