Excuses, excuses

My report of 10 September to Mr. Price refers: Mr. Price only have excuses, but nothing compromise for them not complying with legislation. Handing a client over to credit bureau when the client don't meet the requirements to be handed over. I was behind on my account for 21 days with less that 50% of the required amount due, because they send their statements to late. They present excuse upon excuse but nothing change the fact that they don't adhere to legislation. I'm still waiting for them to provide proof that my name were withdraw from the credit bureau. Its time they adhere to legislation and requirements. This is unacceptable. Before you start sending threats to your clients and damaging their reputations, make sure you do comply and you do what is right. <br> Then off course the response to this report will be the same copied and pasted response they put on all reports. Because they don't want the public to see that in actual fact they don't resolve the problems their clients have - problems Mr. Price create.
