exchange without slip - bank account reference number

I bought a boot at Mr Price Tshwane Mall, on 26 June, the boot does not fit my foot well and I will consequently not wear the product, is there any way I can be assist without the slip, I still have the tag and it went off my bank account I still have the transaction reference. Can the original slip be printed in the store?
