Exchange query

Mr Price - Palm Springs Mall (Orange Farm)

In my free time I bought my son shoes at Morning Glen on 02/07/2019 but when fitting them they were a size too small. I sent my niece to do a exchange 03/07/2019 at Palm Springs Mall, she had the slip and the shoes were in the same condition as when I bought them. She was told that the account holder has to come and do the exchange. I'm a very busy person and i'm not sure when i'll have free time again. It's just an exchange what is the big deal, why would you need the account holder, it's not like I was asking for a refund. If my card is needed then i'll give it to my niece and my ID if need be.

Somethings need to be convenient for us the consumers, don't make our lives difficult.
