Exchange Policy

I purchased an item of lingerie yesterday which, from the price tag I assumed was a size Medium as this is what was indicated on it. Only to come home and find out that Mr Price had wrongfully labeled their item and it is in actual fact a size Small. This is highly frustrating seeing as I can't return underwear items however this was purchased less than 24 hours ago with the price Tag still attached on it as well as the slip on good condition with the garment not being tried on.

I was rudely refused at 2 Mr Price stores to even exchange the item for a bigger size let alone get a refund altogether. This needs to change! As a loyal customer to Mr Price this really does dampen their image.
