I bought clothes for my kids online since I am overseas and they were delivered but some where big and some where torn,then I instructed them to take them for exchange and they refused to exchange them for me they told them they want the person who bought them.,so now tell me am I supposed to buy $8437 flight ticket just to go exchange my kids clothes and back to the USA?I am not asking for refund!it’s an exchange!The next thing when we close off the accounts they keep calling us non stop as if we owe them!I am really ****ed off with their service
