Excessive Charges more than allowed to Charge a person - Ripping me off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have been excessively charged on my account at a rate i did not agree on , Please stop ripping me and give me a correct settlement balance so i can try and close this account off.</p>
