Thank you Shahim from the customer care contact center for assisting me with such effeciency. Because of you for the 1st time ever I received exceptional service from MRP. Also thank you to Getrude and your team from MRP kids Carlton Center today. You were wonderful. You all deserve 5 start ratings but alas, the review is under MRP.

Mrp please Don't bother responding with your half assed automated responses. This rating is specifically for the individuals I've mentioned even though it reflects on the company, you don't deserve it. Which is why I did not make it 5 stars.
