Exceptional customer service

I just wanna brag about the exceptional customer service at Mr Price in Durban (Davenport Mall). A big up to these people. I came in as a frustrated customer as I had to change my bra's since they didn't fit ( my ****s are a bit too big so I struggle a lot with my size) I wasn't supposed to exchange my bra's according to Mr Price policy, but the kind and understanding manager/supervisor (Nomzamo, I'm not sure about the name) told me that they're not supposed to allow me to change my bra but she allowed me anyways because she could see that I was kinder frustrated and she also told me what I didn't know (that we as customers can fit bra's before buying them) I seriously didn't know this and this info has been so useful to me as I struggle a lot with my bra cup size. I'd also like to compliment the staff as well at Davenport Mall, they are friendly, helpful and always go an extra mile for their customers.
