excellent services from the manager

<p>On the 18 of june I used my Mr price card to purchase airtime online, they told me it gonna be send shortly... I waited!... never receive it! Antil the following day were I decide to visit the nearest Mr price in newcastle town where I told the manager my issue, then she log a call for head office we spoke to the guy called Thobani who was clear lazy to help me, he told me to call some service provide myself so then, I told the store manager what he said, she then log second call of which we spoke to some lady who seem to be helpful but not antill she didn't get correct information of mine antil she had to return call to srore to ask about to the manager while I had left, day 2 haven't received the vouchers.... I had to go back again to the store that when manager log call again we spoke Amahle she was very helpful cause she didn't have the full information but she made me stay on the line so she could ask, I appreciate her effort, my voucher was send within couple of hours... I have no words to thank the Mr price store manager in newcastle 219 Monica with her effort, kindness, help on keep logging call for me to get my voucher... your service was beyond excellent thank you..</p>
