Excellent service

I would like to give a positive rating to Lungisani working at Mr Price Mtubatuba branch. That young man is very polite and helpful. I visited that shop on Monday 17 June 2024 and saw a black beautiful jacket that I wanted to buy for myself and my two daughters, on the shelf there was only one size small and I needed that size and 2 other sizes for myself and my other daughter, I asked another lady and she checked for me and said they do have a lot of those jackets in the store room, I then asked the lady to get me the sizes I wanted, she called another lady who she said that aisle for jackets belongs to, that lady refused straight and told me to come back the following day since the jackets are not yet packed and there is a lot of boxes in the store room she can't help me, I begged and begged she refused, this guy Lungisani was on the till and he asked what I wanted and they told him, he said he will go and look in the boxes so that I can get the jackets.

He did and I got those jackets and left the shop a happy customer. Imagine if Lungisani was not there, I was gonna walk out with R1200 simple because someone was lazy to do the job. Shine Lungisani keep up the good work mfwethu, May God bless you more and more!!!!
