To whom it may concern,<br> <br> Your staff member, Shadrack, from the Argyle Road, MRP HOME, Durban, showed excellent customer service this morning when my wife I were looking for a on sale item. <br> He went beyond the call of duty to the storage to search for the items (ottoman's) as usually what's on sale on the floor is all there is left. <br> <br> We commend him for showing such commitment to customer satisfaction. <br> <br> Thank you. <br> <br> Kind regards, <br> <br> Lungelo Lukhele
