Excellent Service

Thank you to the staff at Mr P Menlyn and Woodlands Boulevard. My daughter bought a jacket at Mr Price Irene. They only had XL or S. She took the XL and then at home she decided it was too big. Dad was sent to Mr P Menlyn to see if he could exchange it. The staff could probably see the fear in my eyes as I had to enter the mysterious and dangerous realm of women's clothing. Two staff member rushed to my aid. When it was clear that they also did not have the necessary stock, they checked the other stores in the vicinity. They located the correct jacket and size at Mr P Woodlands Boulevard. When I arrived there, they had probably been warned that a flustered, out-of-depth dad would arrive looking for a certain jacket. Staff jumped to my aid and in 10 minutes I was out of there with the jacket exchanged for the right size. Thank you for exceptional service from a dad with a happy teenage daughter.
