Excellent Service

Yesterday I went to Mr Price to buy a pair of shoes. I could not find the colour I wanted in my size so I asked a guy that was standing by. He took the shoes to check on the system he came back to tell me there were some at Sandton City. I then thanked him and carried on shopping. At the checkout point Tebogo helped me, he asked how I was and so I told him my story about not finding the shoes I want he then asked what shoes they were. I took him to the shoes to show him, he checked the system saw that there were some at the Westgate Mall. I asked if he could order some and I will fetch them at the Fourways branch he then went on to ask the Manager she then told Tebogo to phone the Westgate branch and keep them and Tebogo must stop there on his way to work the following day to pick them up. I went on to say that is not necessary there is no rush for the shoes. The manager said that is how we treat our customers. Needless to say I have just picked up my shoes and I am a very happy customer. Thank you Tebogo you are a star!
