I would like to commend Tshidi Matshubeng and Lebogang Motloung from Jabulani mall for the exceptional service they provided.

I had an issue that needed attention, and both Tshidi and Lebogang took the time to assist me and, most importantly, escalated the matter appropriately instead of leaving me to keep following up on my own. Their willingness to listen, take ownership, and actually help move the issue forward made a huge difference.

It is refreshing to deal with employees who genuinely care about resolving customers' concerns. Their professionalism, responsiveness and helpful attitude deserve recognition.
