Excellent Customer service /Cellphone Guy

Good Day. Firstly I would like to apologise to the guy at Cellphone service in Letlhabile Mall. We did not know how the second Sim card work on the phone. I can say you have a great service and know how to deal with difficult client like me. I really must commend you.

You are a great asset to the Mr Price Group. You are always there to assist the clients with smile and passion. Kindly ignore my first complain I have made a mistake and I humbly apologise.
