I always say that customers are quick to complain about something when somethihg is wrong, but in this case I am here to COMMEND you on EXCELLENT service provided! Wow wow wow, Mr Price, your company is one for the books!

I had an ITC Update query - this was resolved 2 days after I sent an email I needed paid-up and up-to-date letters - the same day, my query was attended to and resolved! Everything that I wanted to be done on my account, was attended to with so much urgency...

My overall experience at Mr Price was an absolute walk in the park. What made everything so quick and easy is the fact that your agents are multi-skilled, meaning 1 agent can assist with almost anything.

I must commend you on your Customer Service, alot of Financial Institutions can learn something from you guys...
